Balvenie 16 Year Old French Oak Description

Another stunning malt from The Balvenie. Malt Master David C. Stewart and team have used ex-Pineau French oak casks to finish this one, bringing some lovely sweet fruits, zesty and floral notes to the fore. Pineau is a fortified wine made from the unfermented grape juices with Cognac eau die vie added before its maturation.
