Yes – as long as we have the item in stock. All next day deliveries must be placed BEFORE 1pm.
We use DPD and Parcelforce for the majority of our mail order deliveries. Small items may be sent in the regular mail. Overseas orders are sent by DPD, TNT or DHL.
We can deliver on Saturdays on special request.
Yes. We can deliver to a work address if you prefer or to a third party if it is a gift.
If you need delivery by a certain date please let us know and we will do our best.
The courier should put a card through your letterbox saying they have attempted delivery and provide a contact number to arrange re-delivery, or Parcelforce or DPD may leave the parcel at your local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected it will be returned to us, which incurs a double charge, we reserve the right to charge the buyer this fee and any re-shipping fee. Please see our Terms & Conditions. If you let us know with your order, we can ask the courier to leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe part of your property. This is offered on the understanding that any parcels so left are at your own risk.
We ship daily worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments may be charged import taxes payable by the recipient before the courier will deliver. For delivery to non-EU countries, delivery cost will be non-inclusive of VAT (20%) View the list of countries to which we deliver.
You will be sent a tracking number to your email address and your mobile – you will then be able to track the progress of your shipment by clicking on the tracking number.
Yes. You can add a message to your order by using the Gift Message form on the basket page and we will include a greeting card without charge.
Unfortunately we are unable to gift wrap as our main aim is to ensure all bottles are securely wrapped for transportation. Gift messages can be included in orders and we will never include any receipts or invoices with your order to ensure surprise gifts aren't spoiled.
We have a good selection of bottles that we can engrave. Just click here to choose one. Please note we cannot engrave any messages that contain explicit content or language that is deemed to be offensive. Orders with engraving can take an additional 2-3 working days to dispatch.
Yes. If the product is faulty or not as ordered then it can be returned to us at our cost. If you change your mind and no longer require the item you may return it to us within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund (you are liable and responsible for the postage and packing back to us). Yes. All our regular stock is listed but we have some discontinued, collectable bottles that are only for sale through our retail shop in Inveraray. If there is a particular whisky that you are looking for please contact us and we will let you know.

No. We are a whisky shop not a whisky distillery! The closest distilleries to Inveraray are Oban, Auchentoshan, Springbank, Glen Scotia, Isle of Jura and of course the Islay distilleries. If you're visiting our Edinburgh shop, the closest distillery is Glenkinchie. Please feel free to visit either of our whisky shops where we'll have a taster waiting for you.
We do not offer tutored whisky tastings but we always have plenty of tasting stock in the shop so that we can find the perfect whisky for you.
