This London Dry Gin is crafted by James Burrough under the famous Beefeater brand, makers of fine gins since 1820. This expression takes inspiration from a flask found in the James Burrough's company archives and uses hand-prepared grapefruit and Seville orange peel with Japanese sencha green tea leaves, all steeped for 24 hours before distillation.
