A marriage of casks that are a complete mystery to all but Head Distiller Adam Hannett, an experiment to explore the deep connection between spirit and wood. This fifth edition in the series was distilled in 1992 and matured for 24 years. Only 12,000 individually numbered bottles have been produced at a cask strength of 48.4% abv.
Nose: rich and complex fruits, with cherry, mango and orange, oaky vanilla and brown sugar.
Palate: velvety smooth with damson, mango, plum, melon and strawberry drizzled with honey, tobacco and vanilla.
Finish: creamy with light stone fruits and floral notes.
