Chichibu 2013 Sakura Single Cask #2853

This single cask Japanese whisky was distilled at Ichiru Akuto's Chichibu distillery in 2013. The distillery itself is Japan's youngest, founded in 2007 from the ashes of Akuto's grandfather's Hanyu distillery. This expression was laid to rest until 2020 when it was bottled at a powerful 61.8% abv for the distillery's Floral Label series. Just 219 bottles were filled.
