Dalmore 25 Year Old 2021

Wait till you hear about this one, we expect this to be the talk of our shops pretty soon. This Dalmore 25 Year Old is its 2021 edition. It is bottled at 42% abv, and has a classic auburn Dalmore colour. But the maturation process is the showstopper. It begins its long adventure in American white oak, followed by a second maturation in Palomino Fino sherry butts and first fill Bourbon casks. Then these two spirits are married together in bourbon casks, and then finally again in Tawny Port pipes. Phew! Some work. But the proof is in the pudding.
