Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: Stewed orchard fruits and ripe apricots, wrapped up in vanilla pods and gentle baking spice.
Palate: Layers of dried fruit, sticky toffee, and sweet malt, balanced nicely by a touch of Easter biscuit and soft oak warmth.
Finish: Long, smooth, and moreish, with lingering notes of fruit, spice, and rich sherry sweetness that make it a dram worth savouring.
