This ten-year-old Speyside single malt from The GlenAllachie has been independently bottled by That Boutique-y Whisky Company as part of their cracking Boutique-y Records Series. The expression was finished in a Pedro Ximenez cask before 257 bottles were filled at 54.2% abv.

Hamish Says

Nose: black cherry, dried fruit, sumptuous dark chocolate.

Palate: malt loaf, milk chocolate, more dried fruit, nuts, pleasant spice.

Finish: fruity, peppery, sweet vanilla cream.
