Named after the group of Ravens that live in the trees surrounding the distillery. The story goes that the Ravens helped to warn the workers when the excise man was coming.

Nose: Robust sherry soaked fruitcake, with hints of delicate wood smoke.
Palate: Rich, dark fruits with rum and raisin fudge. A beautiful balance of rich and powerful flavours. Dark and viscous mouth feel.
Finish: Rich and long with a half imagined wisp of smoke.
