Holyrood Brewers X Distillers Yeast New Make Spirit

Holyrood Distillery are happy to announce this, the beginning of its series of new-make spirits. This, the first release, is an unaged malt. The chaps over at the Holyrood Distillery decideds to focus on the yeast selection, using Distiller’s Malt with a combination of yeasts, for a stripped down, barebones expression. The good stuff.
