Ah, a fellow whisky aficionado! Here we have the first release from the innovative InchDairnie Distillery, RyeLaw. A true triumph of rye spice flavour unlike any whisky I've had, and from Fife no less! The special mash bill of 53% malted rye and 47% malted barley has been expertly ground in a hammer mill to squeeze out every last bit of flavour, before being fermented with a rye-specific yeast for that perfect taste. The bonnie dram was then matured in newly charred oak casks all the way from the Ozark Mountains in the US of A. This bottle you see here is spectacular, and not just a pretty face. It features three ripples on the side to represent the distillery’s 3Ms philosophy (pushing the boundaries of flavour through the materials, method and maturation). Nose: rye spice, mellow oak and a soft underlayer of vanilla bean.

Palate: spicy pepper, sweet biscuits, cereal and dried fruit.

Finish: sweet spice.

Returns

If your item is damaged in transit or you receive an item that is clearly different to that ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return via courier and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we have received the returned items.

If you wish to cancel your order for any other reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method when we receive the items.

Please note that any personalised, engraved, bespoke or made-to-order items, or items with a broken seal, are non-refundable unless faulty.
