The whisky begins its journey in ex-bourbon american oak casks, before being moved to bespoke quarter casks, and finally ending up in Oloroso sherry casks.

Nose: There is an initial honey sweetness followed by dried fruits with a dry peat smoke coming through.

Palate: The palate is hit by a burst of peat and smoke with creamy vanilla and hints of sherry toward the end.

Finish: An extremely long, sweet, mouth coating finish.
