Made from cane syrup from the local sugar factory, the liquid was matured in an ex-red wine Hogshead with a heavy toast for 12 years. The bottle label shows the green countryside of Atherton Tableland reimagined as a prehistoric homeland, with Mt Uncle's founder, Mark Watkins, standing boldly front and centre. Bottled at a massive 64.9% abv.
