Taking its name from the Japanese for 'six', this craft gin is distilled in Japan from six key botanicals: yuzu peel, sakura flower, sakura leaf, sencha tea, gyokuro tea and sansho pepper. These are then blended with eight more traditional gin botanicals including juniper, cinnamon and orange peel.
Nose: cherry blossom and green tea.
Palate: smooth and silky on the tongue with a traditional gin flavour topped by yuzu fruit.
Finish: sansho pepper gives a touch of spice.
