Nose: delicate floral notes with fresh pear and sweet and fruity pineapple.
Palate: smooth and sweet with ripe honeydew melon, bursts of fruity pear and contrasting sweet sherbet.
Finish: long and refreshing sweetness, reminiscent of the summer Orcadian skies for which it is named.
