Our Hamish has had a sip and jotted down his thoughts.
Nose: Sea air and seashells, with a hint of tarry smoke drifting over notes of lemon drizzle cake and soft toffee warmth.
Palate: Bold but well-rounded, offering smoky oak, salted caramel, and zesty citrus, all underpinned by that unmistakable touch of sea salt that speaks of Islay’s shores.
Finish: Long, smoky, and gently sweet, leaving behind ash, lemon peel, and creamy vanilla in perfect balance.
