A marriage of inspiration and art, this was aged in American oak ex-bourbon casks, and is distilled from malted and unmalted barley. In the 20th century, Ireland found a new style of whisky to be particularly agreeable to artistic inspiration, that which married pot still and malt whiskeys. Palate: caramel, ginger, malty notes, vanilla.
Finish: combination of chocolate flavours, long, warming.
