Nc'nean Organic Quiet Rebels Amy

Another excellent organic bottling from the team at Nc’nean. The latest release in the Quiet Rebels series, Nc'nean Organic Quiet Rebels Amy is a partnership bottling between the distillery’s blender Matt Hastings and their Head of Sustainability Amy Stammers. Together, they have created Amy’s dream dram full of sweetness and tang.

The liquid is non-chill filtered and maintains its natural colour, and is bottled at 48.5% abv.  Keeping things sustainable and organic from start to finish, the whisky has been finished in casks of ex-Maury from an organic French vineyard that uses the lunar calendar to determine harvest times. This finish, combined with the distillery’s signature mix of bourbon and STR red wine casks, give it its sweet and citrusy flavour.

Nose: Citrus, apple, berry, and tropical fruits.

Palate: Lemon custard, damson jam and brown butter muffin.

Finish: Caramel, fruit, honey and vanilla.
