A truly impressive wee dram! This is an eleven-year-old Caol Ila that has been independently bottled by Signatory Vintage as part of their Cask Strength Collection series. This dram was distilled on 12th October 2010 and enjoyed a slumber in refill hogsheads before being moved into a fresh sherry butt for a short finish. Just 702 bottles were filled on 9th June 2022 at 56.8% abv. The expression is free from artificial colouring.
