Highland Park 15 Year Old 2024 Release

Given depth and complexity with its combined maturation between first fill, sherry-seasoned American and European Oak casks, and further in refill casks, this release is bottled at 44% abv which also supplies a little headiness.
Notes of zingy citrus meld with warm vanilla and finish with the iconic flavour of rich fruity notes typicalof sherry cask maturation.

Ardbeg Corryvreckan
Corryvreckan takes its name from the famous whirlpool that lies to the north of Islay. Swirling aromas and torrents of deep, peaty, peppery taste lurk beneath the surface of this beautifully balanced Ardbeg dram. Like the whirlpool itself, Corryvreckan is not for the faint-hearted!

Kilchoman Sanaig
Located on a rugged stretch of coasts on the north of Islay, Sanaigmore is a region battered by tidal surf and strong northern winds and is an appropriate namesake for this whisky. Sanaigmore is matured in a combination of both bourbon and sherry casks, taking most of its flavour influence from the latter, thus giving it the flavours of deep rich fruit cake, balancing delicately with the purity of Islay peated smoke, the truest spirit of Kilchoman.
Nose: fragrant scents of mixed spices, dried pitted fruits, and heather; tempered in the deep sense of smoky peat.
Palate: Citrus, with the slight tang of red cherries and the sweetness of over-ripened plum, yielding to peat-smoked barbeque, essence of oak, the richness and confection of toffee and slight bitterness of dark chocolate.
